As a lead developer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of product architecture.

Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.

Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.

Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.

Combine models through ensemble modeling.

Capable of performing technical root cause analysis and outlining corrective action for problems using debuggers, log files, etc.

Team up with other engineering and development team members to develop integrated systems.

Identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective decision-making.

Establish new systems and processes and look for opportunities to improve the flow of data.

Evaluate new and emerging technologies.

Compile, analyze, document and present data.

Stay curious and enthusiastic about using algorithms to solve problems.

Highly Desirable :

BTech / BE / MSc / MTech (or equivalent degrees) in Data Science or related technical disciplines

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling.

Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and mathematics for interpreting and modeling data.

Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Expertise in data wrangling, cleaning, and preprocessing using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Familiarity with database systems, both relational (SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Strong communication skills to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
