Role Overview

We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior execution at our project sites across Chennai. The ideal candidate will supervise on-site work, coordinate teams, and most importantly, ensure timely availability of materials to avoid any project delays. This role focuses entirely on residential projects such as apartments and villas.

key Resposibilites's

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior work at residential sites.
• Plan and maintain material availability by coordinating with the procurement team and vendors.
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other specialists on-site.
• Take daily measurements and prepare material requirement lists in advance.
• Track material usage and avoid wastage.
• Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and share daily progress reports with the project manager.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to maintain work continuity.
