Responsibilities
- Lead and grow assigned verticals or product segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Drive B2B / enterprise sales and manage key accounts across domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and logistics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze data to track performance metrics and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
Ideal Candidate
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (B.Arch also welcome).MBA preferred but not mandatory.3-10 years of experience in industrial trading, B2B sales, or engineering products, and related fields.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and with teams.Salary
