What You’ll Do

• Own the MarTech stack : HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google, X.com
• Automate workflows for lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution
• Build clean data sync across CRM, analytics, and automation systems
• Run targeted campaigns with precise tracking and AI-driven personalization
• Manage SEO + conversion performance in WordPress environments
• Build ROI dashboards tied to pipeline and revenue — not vanity stats
• Implement and optimize Notion as the GTM operating workspace
• Evaluate and integrate new AI / automation tools for faster execution
• Maintain data compliance (GDPR / CCPA) and cybersecurity standards
• Partner closely with sales to improve lead → opportunity velocity
