The Ground Staff position is an entry-level role responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers while ensuring smooth operations at the airport.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Manage luggage and cargo handling
- Provide information and assistance to passengers
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
- Coordinate with ground operations and cabin crew
