Java Technical Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java (8 / 11 / 17), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in architecting and designing enterprise-scale, distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native design patterns.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, system design principles, and performance optimization.
• Experience with RDBMS / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
