Job Description

Handle the complete US recruitment lifecycle – from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Work confidently on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and Full-Time placements.

Leverage job boards, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing techniques to find and engage top IT talent.

Manage detailed records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or spreadsheets.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of US tax terms and compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in US staffing is preferred.

Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT terminologies.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Boolean search strings and job board sourcing.
