The Role : Customer Success Team Member

We’re looking for a Customer Success professional to join our growing team in Pune, Maharashtra.

In this role, you’ll own the complete recovery process for each client — guiding them through every step of reclaiming their assets and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to make sure every case is handled efficiently and with care.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and progress on each recovery case.
• Take complete ownership of the client’s recovery journey — from initiation to successful completion.
• Maintain detailed records, track client updates, issue documents, manage payments, and coordinate with third parties.
• Collaborate with teammates, applying best practices and improving internal processes.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
