Employment Type : Full-time

Remuneration : ₹5 – 6.50 Lakhs per annum (based on skills and experience)

About the Role

The Founder’s Office Executive / Sr. Executive is a dynamic, multi-faceted role designed for a versatile generalist who enjoys making things happen across different functions. Working closely with the founders, you will support strategic projects, operations, marketing, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, enjoys variety, and wants broad exposure to how a growing consulting firm operates.

Final designation (Executive or Sr. Executive) will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, and fit.

Responsibilities

Strategic Project & Operations Support

Oversee project portfolio management and ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met

Support project governance through frameworks, SOPs, and review mechanisms.

Prepare project review decks, dashboards, and leadership follow-ups.

Business Development & Sales Support

Research market trends and potential opportunities

Support in drafting proposals, pitches, and presentations

Maintain CRM databases and track pipeline progress.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for BD initiatives

Marketing & Digital Engagement

Coordinate and support the execution of marketing strategies to enhance 4th Wheel’s visibility

Manage social media calendars, content posting, and online community engagement

Organize webinars, virtual events, and digital campaigns

Support on drafting for blogs, case studies, and other communication materials

Liaise with external partners, media, and networks as needed

Track performance of campaigns and prepare reports

Cross-Functional & Founder Support

Drive special initiatives or mini-projects as assigned by the founders

Assist in organizing internal and external strategic meetings

Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for leadership priorities

Act as a point of coordination between founders, teams, and external stakeholders

Organizational Development & Culture (as needed)

Support HR and leadership in culture-building initiatives and team activities

Support HR in talent acquisition strategies and onboarding experience design

Support on organizational change management initiatives and communication strategies

Champion 4th Wheel's values integration across all organizational processes and activities

Skills & Attributes

Strong execution skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfort with social media platforms and digital tools

Analytical mindset with basic research and presentation skills

High adaptability, willingness to learn, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude

Interest in the social impact sector and consulting environments

Key Requirements

Education : Bachelors in Management, MBA, Master’s in Management

Experience : 1–5 years in operations, marketing, consulting, or business support roles (designation will depend on experience level)

Tools : MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms, CRM / project management tools preferred
