Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute brand strategy and communication initiatives for partner schools, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and engagement.
• Act as a brand advocate and custodian, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all communication materials and touchpoints.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing associates and assistant managers, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Work closely with content and creative teams to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
• Lead the production, review, and continuous improvement of marketing collateral. Establish processes for regular updates and ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Coordinate marketing communication efforts with business, creative, performance, and tech teams, facilitating smooth collaboration and execution.
• Be responsible for coordination of the marketing communication with various stakeholders and function with multi-faceted requirements.
• Own and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on multi-faceted marketing requirements and timely updates on project progress.
