Are you a dynamic, action-oriented individual with a passion for building category-defining products? Do you thrive at the intersection of FinTech , SaaS, and AI? We are a fast-growing London-based RegTech startup seeking our first Product Leader to own the end-to-end product charter for our flagship ComplyLens Risk Assessment Platform . This is a high-impact role for a young and energetic individual who wants to shape the future of compliance technology and work with clients globally.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to be a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the Founder. We are a small and hands-on team, and there are no direct reports to this role initially, so a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved is essential.

You will be responsible for :

  • Product Strategy : Shaping the vision and roadmap for the ComplyLens platform, working closely with the founder, leadership team, and development. You will define a product that not only meets regulatory requirements but also solves real-world compliance challenges for our clients.
  • End-to-End Ownership : From ideation and user research to a go-to-market strategy and driving adoption, you will own the entire product lifecycle.
  • Development & Collaboration : Working closely with our talented engineering team, you will translate the product strategy into a tangible, high-quality, and scalable platform.
  • Market-Facing Leadership : Becoming a subject matter expert and the face of the product, engaging with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and showcase the platform's value.

    • Who We Are Looking For :

    We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual with a "get it done" attitude. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ownership and a focus on driving results.

    Required Skills & Experience :

  • Product Leadership : Experience in an end-to-end product management role, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Fast Learner : The ability and willingness to quickly get up to speed on complex topics, methodologies, and technical concepts is essential.
  • Action Bias : A demonstrated "get it done" attitude, with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

    • Highly Desired Skills & Knowledge :

  • Regulatory Knowledge : An understanding of financial regulations such as the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Money Laundering Regulations (MLR), or Fraud Regulations.
  • RCSA Expertise : Familiarity with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodology, or the ability to quickly learn how firms use this for risk management.
  • Capital Markets Knowledge : Understanding of Capital Markets, including how financial instruments are traded, and the various market participants.
