Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNWI / UHNWI clients.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships by understanding client goals, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
- Provide tailored advice on investments, wealth planning, credit, and other banking services.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client base and AUM.Portfolio Management
Collaborate with investment specialists and product teams to propose and execute customized portfolio strategies.Monitor client portfolios, ensuring alignment with financial goals and market conditions.Risk & Compliance
Ensure all client onboarding, KYC / AML, and due diligence processes meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.Adhere to risk management and operational procedures in all client interactions.Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal partners (e.g., investment advisors, product specialists, legal, and compliance) to deliver a holistic wealth management experience.Mentor junior bankers or relationship managers as appropriate.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred).[X]+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services.Proven track record of managing and growing HNWI / UHNWI client relationships.Strong understanding of investment products, credit structures, and wealth planning solutions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.Regulatory certifications / licenses as required by jurisdiction (e.g., Series 7 / 63, SFC Type 1 / 4 / 9, or equivalent).
