We're seeking a sales-driven Fashion Consultant / Client Service Executive to join our In-Store Sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the client's requirements.
- Advising clients on different designers' collections, colour options, styles, and fabrics that will suit their preferences, body type, price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for.
- Selling merchandise and processing customized orders.
- Generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base.
- Following up with clients via phone or email and addressing their requests and questions.
- Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order completion.
- Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team and creating appealing store displays.
- Willingness to assist and support the senior sales team.
