Role Overview :
As a Client Acquisition & Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for reaching out to individual job seekers, promoting our free profile audit, generating leads, and nurturing them for conversion. This is a performance-based internship where your efforts directly drive client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
Use LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and relevant groups to identify potential job seekers.Reach out to job seekers with a message offering our Free Profile Audit (LinkedIn or Resume).Follow up with leads, maintain engagement, and push audit sign-ups.Coordinate with the team to pass quality leads to sales (PrepHires founders / senior members).Maintain and update a Google Sheet (or designated lead tracker) every evening with outreach progress, lead status, and follow-ups.Support marketing by sharing PrepHires posts / stories / content in relevant communities / groups.Report daily / weekly on activities, cold outreach, and lead quality.Expectations :
Consistent outreach : approaching new prospects every day.Good communication skills in English (written + LinkedIn / DM style).High integrity, ownership, and discipline : you will be responsible for your lead pipeline.Ability to work independently, follow our lead system, and deliver results.Rewards & Recognition :
