• Required Skill : To be able to face the camera confidently and build an on-air personality that will connect with the viewers and represent Naaptol to them.
• Core competencies / experience : Home shopping / News and business features / travel shows / cooking shows / lifestyle shows / talk shows / events / Radio / VJing / Theatre. Live show / multi-cam show exposure is a bonus Strong research skills and ad-libbing communication skills An understanding of audience profile and viewer psyche, using that to one's advantage to maximize creative impact Good sense of story telling, strong visual skills Passionate about shopping, interest in using products and market trends
• Interpersonal Skill : Clear communication and analytical skills Self-motivated, with positive 'can-do' approach Passionate about enhancing customer value Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
