About the Role -

We are looking for an experienced and strategically strong Account Manager – Ecommerce Creative to lead high-impact brand programs across major ecommerce platforms. This role requires a blend of client strategy, marketplace intelligence, creative direction, data-driven optimization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Canva, Excel, Helium 10, and advanced strategy deck creation, with the ability to drive both creative excellence and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Client Consulting

• Serve as the strategic lead for ecommerce-first brands, driving clarity, structure, and vision in all client conversations.
• Build advanced strategy decks featuring :
• Creative frameworks
• Competitive landscape analysis
• Keyword-led content strategy
• Optimization roadmaps
• Platform-specific conversion insights
• Advise clients on marketplace best practices, algorithm influences, and new creative formats.
• Partner with brand managers, category teams, and agency leads to shape quarterly creative roadmaps.
