Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to take full ownership of a developed product, manage client-facing activities, deliver product demos, and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate has strong product sense, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate product value effectively.

Responsibilities Product Ownership & Client Engagement

  • Own the product post-development and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Lead client demos, presentations, walkthroughs, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and use cases to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Support sales and pre-sales teams during client pitches and solutioning discussions.
  • Collect client feedback and convert it into actionable product improvements.

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Maintain and execute the product roadmap focused on adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Define product requirements, create PRDs / user stories, and work with engineering / design on delivery.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

    • Marketing Strategy & GTM

  • Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Support product launches, customer onboarding flows, and feature adoption campaigns.
  • Develop demo scripts, product decks, and customer-facing product content.

    • Growth & Optimization

  • Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.
  • Implement A / B tests, funnel analysis, user journey improvements, and behavior-based triggers.
  • Work with data teams to measure product KPIs and optimize performance.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and business teams for product execution.
  • Ensure clear communication on timelines, scope, and product priorities.
  • Mentor junior PMs or interns when required.

    • Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, demos, or pre-sales is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of web / mobile technologies, APIs, and product workflows.
  • Proven experience in GTM, product marketing, or growth roles.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and product plans.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
