Job Summary :

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Data Engineer to join our growing data team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines (ETL / ELT).
• Work with structured and unstructured data across a wide variety of data sources.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data systems and architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor data quality and support initiatives to ensure clean, accurate, and consistent data.
• Develop and maintain data models and metadata.
• Implement and maintain best practices in data governance, security, and & Technical Skills :
• 4 years in data engineering or related fields
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Luigi, or similar.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with modern data stack tools like dbt, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
