Job description

Position : Senior Board Advisor

Profile :

Assist in the origination and execution of M&A and Strategy consulting assignments with top global and Indian Corporates, covering the following areas :

Mergers & Acquisitions
Equity fund-raising
Business Strategy

Mandatory criteria :

Must have had a stint at CXO / Director level position in Large Corporates, preferably as a Board member.

Excellent relationships with Promoters / CXOs of large Corporates.

Domain or Sectoral expertise a must

Sectoral specialisation : looking at experts from any of the following sectors :

1) Industrials / Manufacturing

2) Consumer

3) B2B Services (logistics, healthcare, IT)

4) Emerging technology (SaaS, Deeptech, Robotics, Advanced manufacturing)

Support : Remote role

Location : New Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Ahmedabad

Remuneration : per industry standards (based on the business generated / executed).
