Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing.
- Review processing techniques and methods applied in semiconductor fabrication and product evaluation.
- Conceive and plan projects involving new concepts, approaches, or processes.
- Support customer technology managers in planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting for customer demos and process defense.
- Utilize simulation tools such as Sem3D (MAPD) and AI / ML-based tools to drive process development strategies.
- Analyze process data to improve performance, yield, and efficiency using JMP and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with Concept & Feasibility (C&F) teams to adopt new process innovations and align with technology roadmaps.
- Demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, supporting tool evaluations and adoption.
- Act as single point of contact for process, hardware, and software-related customer requests, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior and senior process engineers to ensure successful engagement and achievement of Lam deposition objectives.
- Prepare and present technical review materials for key projects and customer interactions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and professionally represent the company, identifying additional customer needs.
Qualifications :
Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics with 5+ years, M.S. with 8+ years, or B.S. with 10+ years of relevant experience.Experience in deposition process development for advanced semiconductor technology nodes.Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead cross-functional teams and multiple customer accounts.Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical reviews and customer interactions.Skills Required
