Hexaware is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Expert to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time (FTE) role where you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge GenAI solutions. We are looking for passionate individuals who can drive innovation and solve complex business problems using state-of-the-art AI technologies.

Job Details :

Designation : GenAI : 6 to 11 : Chennai Type : Full-time Grade : G5 to Period : 0 to 20 days (Candidates currently serving their notice period are :

Lead the development of innovative Generative AI solutions and applications.
Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
Develop and fine-tune AI models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into various products and services.
Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to deploy and manage scalable AI solutions.
Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Multi-modal AI to drive continuous innovation.
Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in GenAI development.

Required Skills :

Generative AI : Strong, hands-on experience in developing and deploying GenAI models.

Python : Expert-level proficiency in Python programming.

Cloud : Solid experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and / or Azure.

LLM & Prompt Engineering : In-depth knowledge of LLM architectures and advanced prompt engineering.

Frameworks : Hands-on experience with at least one major deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

Multi-modal AI : Familiarity with concepts and applications of multi-modal AI.
