Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Specialize in contractual / contingent hiring across multiple technology domains.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
- Evaluate candidates' technical competencies through resume assessment and preliminary screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely closures and quality submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
Proven experience in contractual / Fulltime hiring for IT roles.
Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, technologies, and job functions (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, AI / ML etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with US / India recruitment processes and ATS tools is a plus.
