1. Design Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the brand identity.
- Oversee all visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and print materials.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and touchpoints.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and junior creatives.Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to maintain high-quality output.Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with business goals.3. Branding & Visual Identity
Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity, ensuring consistency across all media.Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments.Work on logo design, typography, color palettes, and brand assets.4. Campaign & Content Creation
Design engaging visuals for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.Create assets for fundraising campaigns, investor decks, and impact reports (specific to Impact Guru).Work on motion graphics, infographics, and UI / UX elements if needed.5. Project Management & Coordination
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when needed.Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas.6. Software & Tools Proficiency
