Workday Finance Technical Consultant

Description : Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio , integration technologies, and data migration in the Finance domain . The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills combined with leadership experience in managing consultants, developers, and analysts across full lifecycle Workday implementations.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

• Experience in Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT.
• Handled minimum one data migration / conversion from legacy to Workday Financials plus if Great Plains.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle, including production support.
• Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams of consultants, developers, and analysts.
