Responsibilities :

• Be able to understand and file US Payroll, WHT and SUI returns, monthy and quarterly, Pay taxes weekly, in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Be able to understand and file Canada GST on monthly basis, in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
• Identify and mitigate tax risks (eg, SUI rate change needs to be informed to ADP)
• Coordinate with tax team staff and assess their performance
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
• Be able to take up additional work whenever there is need
