Role & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365
- Work with APIs and connectors for integration with external systems
- Maintain and improve existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug workflows, ensuring minimal downtime or errors
- Monitor automation processes and proactively resolve issues
- Document automation processes, provide support materials, and conduct user training
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and best practices
