We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Tools Specialist who can explore, test, and implement the latest AI systems to supercharge our workflows across all departments from branding and marketing to sales, training, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Research and stay updated on the latest AI tools and trends (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Claude, ElevenLabs, Notion AI, etc.)
- Advise leadership and teams on how AI can improve productivity, creativity, and efficiency
- Implement AI solutions in branding, marketing, sales automation, recruitment, training, and internal operations
- Create practical automation workflows using tools like N8N, Zapier, Make, or custom integrations
- Evaluate, test, and document new tools that can help Wartens and its ecosystem companies
