Role Description

We are seeking an Office Associate Trainee for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Office Associate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office operations, assisting with customer service inquiries, and supporting accounting tasks, managing events. The role also involves effective communication and coordination with team to ensure smooth office functionality.

Qualifications

• Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
• Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
• Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction
• Basic Accounting skills for assisting with financial tasks
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of social media posts handling, Canva etc will be an added advantage
• Multilingual skills is an advantage
