We are seeking a

detail-oriented Junior US Accountant

to join our finance team. If you’re passionate about US accounting practices, GAAP compliance, and eager to work in a fast-paced MSP environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial reports : Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow.

Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Support tax filings (federal, state, and local).

Collaborate with senior accountants to streamline processes.

Ensure compliance with

US GAAP and accounting standards .

Provide support for ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–2 years of accounting experience (MSP / IT services industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of

US GAAP .

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel ; QuickBooks / Xero experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal ability.

CPA or pursuing CPA is a strong advantage.

Employment Type : Permanent, Full-time

Working Days :

Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Shift Timings :

Rotational (primarily night shift)

Interview Mode : Virtual
