Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Engineer based in Jaipur. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring quality control, collaborating with architects and project managers, and managing on-site activities. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, conducting site inspections, managing resources, and ensuring that projects meet structural and safety standards in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Experience in on-site project management and execution

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Proficiency in quality control processes and adherence to structural engineering standards

Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic site environments

Experience in sustainable and innovative construction techniques is a plus

Understanding of architectural and planning concepts for residential and commercial projects
