Head - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compelling investor relations strategy to communicate our financial performance, growth plans, and market positioning
• Serve as primary liaison for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Lead the preparation and delivery of earnings releases, investor presentations, and financial reports
• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform leadership insights
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange regulations, and governance norms
• Manage crises, reputation risk, and communicate transparently during market 15-20 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or related roles - ideally in a listed FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods environment
• Strong financial acumen : reporting, valuation, capital markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and capital markets
• Proven track record in building relationships with investors and analysts
