Compensation : ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required : Minimum 4 years

Time : 4 PM to 12 AM

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team full-time at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies , managing content direction, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, strategic planning, and analytical skills to ensure our brand presence is impactful, consistent, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter / X, Pinterest, etc.).

Oversee content direction , ensuring alignment with brand identity, audience preferences, and campaign goals.

Lead the creation of content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives .

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure engaging and high-quality content.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.

Engage with the community through timely responses, interactions, and relationship building.

Manage paid ad campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing team to maximize ROI.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management.

Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content direction.

Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Skilled in strategy, content planning, and creative direction.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.

Full-time availability to work on-site in Gurgaon office.

Nice to Have

Experience in luxury, lifestyle, jewelry, or F&B industries.

Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
