Role Overview
The E-Commerce Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and digital campaigns to drive product sell-out and strengthen GripIt’s presence across key e-commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on campaign management, bid optimization, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AMS and digital campaigns (Paid + Organic) across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strategically monitor and adjust bids to optimize spend and maximize conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, and product listings to support promotions and launches.
- Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategies to stay ahead of competition.
- Maintain e-commerce hygiene : accurate product content, stock availability, pricing, and visual assets.
- Identify trends and propose new campaign opportunities.
- Support inventory planning and coordination with vendors / distributors for stock optimization.
- Manage campaign calendars for product launches, seasonal activations, and events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce campaign / digital marketing roles (Amazon expertise preferred).Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and Amazon analytics tools.Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for campaign optimization.Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask under tight timelines.Familiarity with bidding tools, reporting platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
