Job descriptionTake ownership of end-to-end accounting and finalization of accounts using platforms like Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. Prepare and file tax returns including GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax while learning the ropes of compliance and deadlines that actually matter in the real world. Participate in statutory, internal, income tax, GST, and transfer pricing audits understand how financial accuracy meets business decision-making. Manage ROC compliances for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, OPCs, NGOs, and a more complete dive into corporate legal frameworks. Assist in Direct Tax (DT), Indirect Tax (IDT), and Transfer Pricing (TP) advisory, and learn how cross-border taxation and DTAA work in practice. Support due diligence and startup advisory from DPIIT registration to compliance under Section 56(2)(viii). Get involved in strategic projects like mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers understand what goes into scaling or restructuring a company.
