We are seeking a high-impact Senior Software Developer - Mobile who thrives on creating seamless, intelligent user experiences powered by these capabilities. In this role, you will architect, code, and ship next-generation cross-platform apps while mentoring your team through example — not instruction alone. If you bring deep expertise in React Native, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6 / ES7), have deployed multiple apps to the App Store and Play Store, and excel in fast-paced, AI-driven environments, you will fit right in.

About the Role

As a Senior Mobile Developer in an AI-first environment, you will :

  • Lead by Doing : Guide your team through hands-on coding, AI-enabled design decisions, and solution delivery.
  • Architect and Build Intelligent Experiences : Develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications with React Native and Redux, integrating AI features that adapt to real-time user interactions and data.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership : Manage the entire lifecycle—from architecture and coding to AI-assisted testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Optimize with AI Insights : Use AI-driven analytics to refine performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Innovate with Purpose : Turn business requirements into AI-powered mobile solutions such as personalized recommendations, predictive interactions, or context-aware features.
  • Quality-Driven Development : Implement robust testing strategies, including automated testing with AI-based tools to detect issues earlier and improve release quality.
  • Mentor and Grow Talent : Develop junior team members’ technical skills and AI literacy to build an AI-aware engineering culture.

What We Are Looking For

Experience :

  • 6–8 years of mobile application development; 3–4 years in a leadership role while coding alongside your team

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Mastery of React Native, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6 & ES7)
  • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, web services, and web sockets
  • Proven track record—at least 5 mobile apps deployed to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • Experience with XCode, Android Studio, Gradle, Interface Builder, and iOS / Android SDKs

    • AI-Readiness :

  • Working knowledge and proven experience integrating AI / ML APIs, AI-based personalization, or analytics into mobile applications
  • Demonstrated use of AI-enhanced development tools for debugging, testing, or performance optimization

    • Soft Skills :

  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
