We are seeking a highly skilled Automation & Performance Testing Specialist to design, develop, and execute robust testing solutions across multiple platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will have good experience in Automation using Selenium, Playwright, TOSCA and experience in Performance testing using Jmeter , along with good experience in automation frameworks development and creating test strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, TOSCA
Implement and execute Performance Testing strategies using JMeter , including load, stress, and scalability testing.
Integrate automated and performance tests with CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (GitHub).
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, end-to-end , and performance testing across applications in cloud environments (AWS).
Track, analyze, and report test results; manage defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps .
Continuously improve automation and performance testing processes by adopting new tools and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-10 years of relevant experience in automation and performance testing.
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance and load testing.
Proficiency in Playwright , TOSCA for automation development.
Solid understanding of automation framework design and best practices.
Experience with GitHub for source control and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with financial services or investment management domain.
