Job description3- 6 years of professional experience in UI / UX design for web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and creative problem solving. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of UX research methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with HTML / CSS and front-end development is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with animation and interaction design tools. Understanding of business objectives and ability to translate them into design
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and adhere to design standards across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Present and communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize user flows and interactions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update design systems and UI libraries.
