We at Coforge are hiring a highly skilled and experienced

Solution Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

network architecture ,

cloud security ,

Web Application Firewall (WAF)

technologies, and

Amazon Web Services (AWS) . You will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design end-to-end solutions integrating networking, security, and cloud components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Develop architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation plans.

Ensure security best practices are embedded in all solution designs, especially around WAF and cloud infrastructure.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest level of security and performance.

Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation and troubleshooting phases.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud security and networking.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience as a Solution Designer or similar role.

Strong understanding of

networking protocols ,

firewalls ,

VPNs , and

load balancers .

Hands-on experience with

Web Application Firewalls (WAF)

– e.g., AWS WAF, Cloudflare, Imperva, etc.

Deep expertise in

AWS services

including VPC, EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, and Security Groups.

Knowledge of

cloud security frameworks

and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, CIS).

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA / CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to container security (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
