Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate, located in Delhi, India. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting senior advocates with legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing case files, and representing clients in court. The role also involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, advising on legal matters, and staying updated with current laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and litigation
• Strong understanding of Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, and other relevant regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is a plus
