Roles & Responsibilities :

As Deputy Manager IT, you will be responsible for driving the integration, optimization, and transformation of our technology ecosystem to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Integration : Manage and integrate organizational systems including CRM, LMS, SAAS platforms, telephony, ticketing systems, and marketing channels.
• Project Management : Conduct market research, gap assessments, requirement analysis, and build roadmaps for projects. Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the central project coordinator, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Vendor Management : Oversee vendor relationships by monitoring service quality, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-effective strategies for strong, reliable partnerships.
• Asset & Infrastructure Management : Manage company IT assets and maintain robust network infrastructure to ensure connectivity, security, and maximum value utilization across locations.
• Process Implementation : Design and implement standardized, automated processes across departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce dependency on manual efforts.
• Digital Transformation : Lead digital initiatives to modernize operations, automate workflows, and enhance organizational capabilities through innovative technology solutions.
