Roles & Responsibilities :
As Deputy Manager IT, you will be responsible for driving the integration, optimization, and transformation of our technology ecosystem to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Integration : Manage and integrate organizational systems including CRM, LMS, SAAS platforms, telephony, ticketing systems, and marketing channels.
- Project Management : Conduct market research, gap assessments, requirement analysis, and build roadmaps for projects. Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the central project coordinator, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Vendor Management : Oversee vendor relationships by monitoring service quality, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-effective strategies for strong, reliable partnerships.
- Asset & Infrastructure Management : Manage company IT assets and maintain robust network infrastructure to ensure connectivity, security, and maximum value utilization across locations.
- Process Implementation : Design and implement standardized, automated processes across departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce dependency on manual efforts.
- Digital Transformation : Lead digital initiatives to modernize operations, automate workflows, and enhance organizational capabilities through innovative technology solutions.
Who Were Looking For :
Minimum 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a startup environment.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with system integration (CRM, LMS, telephony, SAAS platforms, marketing channels).Proven expertise in project management (research, gap analysis, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning).Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize organizational processes.(ref : hirist.tech)
