As a Brand Partnerships Executive at Mad Men Marketing, you’ll be part of an ambitious growth team redefining how brands collaborate with creative, digital, and influencer ecosystems. You’ll chase conversations with India’s biggest brands, pitch stories that spark culture, and learn to convert ideas into retainers, campaigns, and long-term partnerships.

This isn’t just a cold-calling role — it’s a front-row seat to India’s most exciting marketing movement.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with brands across FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, and tech.
• Support senior managers in building high-impact pitches and proposals.
• Research, track, and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, industry events, and social channels.
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to shape brand-first ideas.
• Maintain pipeline dashboards and ensure clean handovers post-deal closure.
• Represent the energy and attitude of the Madverse — curious, sharp, unstoppable.
