Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and engagement activities. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, process orientation, and the ability to create a positive work environment aligned with Diwakar Solar's growth and values.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical, non-technical, and field roles.
• Develop talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networking.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
