Job descriptionHands-on experience in building and deploying real AI solutions, not just experiments. Mentorship on scaling AI in enterprise environments. Exposure to challenges around data, workflows, and business adoption. A portfolio of impactful AI projects to boost your career. Direct collaboration with US-based teams, giving you global exposure and insights into how AI is adopted in international markets. Opportunity to be considered for future full time roles at GroundTruth based on performance. Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.). Basic coding or scripting skills (Python preferred). Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt quickly. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Individuals ready to commit full-time for 5–6 months (extendable to up to 12 months in few cases) and eager to go from learning → impact. Those who have already : Built prototypes, side projects, or hackathon solutions using AI tools. Experimented with ChatGPT, Copilot, LangChain, Hugging Face, or Python ML libraries. GroundTruth is an advertising platform that turns real-world behavior into marketing that drives in-store visits and other real business results. We use observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, to create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens, measure how consumers respond, and uncover unique insights to help optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts.

GroundTruth India is launching a 6-month AI Fellowship / Internship designed for professionals who want to build deployable AI solutions in a business context. This is your chance to work with senior mentors, learn industry best practices, and contribute to projects that drive real value at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Convert prototypes into production-ready AI solutions that solve real business problems.
- Design, test, and deploy AI models and workflows with guidance from senior mentors.
- Work with LLMs, automation frameworks, and data pipelines in enterprise-scale projects.
- Participate in fast-paced sprints to deliver AI use cases end-to-end (idea → prototype → working solution).
- Document your work to ensure scalability and reusability across teams.
