Role & responsibilities
Work directly with the Founding Team to build the Institutional B2B vertical
Manage all existing key relationships
Drive outbound efforts to identify and onboard new B2B partners across the BFSI space (banks, wealth managers, insurers, NBFCs, IFAs).
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Pitch WillJini's Estate Planning and Inheritance solutions to potential partners and help them integrate our offerings into their client engagement models.
Collaborate with internal teams on new partnership initiatives, pilots, and co-branded campaigns.
Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue contribution from partnerships.
Preferred candidate profile
3-5 years experience in BFSI
(banks, insurance, wealth management, or fintech).
Strong understanding of financial products and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute outbound business development.
Comfort working in a growth-stage, dynamic environment.
