Role Description

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Architect for a full-time hybrid role based in Pune. Responsibilities include designing architectural projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, leading project teams, adhering to regulatory and building codes, and overseeing project execution to ensure high-quality delivery. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, as may be needed and contributing to firm-wide design strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design, Concept Development, and Technical Detailing
• Strong understanding of Codes, Regulations, and Building Standards related to architecture
• Experience in Project Management, Team Collaboration, and Client Communication
• Technical skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other related tools
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure or accreditation (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles is an advantage

Minimum 3-4 years experience required .
