Inviting applications for the role of Vice President– Agentic Solution Architect / Lead -Agentic AI!

Role Summary :

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing agentic AI solutions that leverage autonomous agents to improve process efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience. Works closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess client use cases and identify opportunities for agentic AI deployment (e.g., workflow automation, decision agents, process orchestration).

Design multi-agent architectures, prompt strategies, and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate solutions into client systems (ERP, CRM, helpdesk, etc.).

Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact.

Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance using KPIs (accuracy, latency, cost per task).

Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and ethical AI guidelines.

Create client-facing technical documentation, capability roadmaps, and training material.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools.

Proficiency in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination.

Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Dynamics, etc.).

Analytical mindset with ability to define measurable success metrics.

Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
