Exciting Opportunity – Sr. US Healthcare Recruiter at InteliX SystemsWe’re hiring experienced and passionate US Healthcare Recruiters who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Location : HyderabadShift : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST (Night Shift)ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clientsManage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboardingConduct interviews, assessments, and reference checksCollaborate with clients to understand their staffing needsStay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trendsRequirements7+ years of experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), with the recent 4-5 years specializing in US Healthcare roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
