As a Shift Incharge, you will oversee the operations during your designated shift, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Your role is crucial in maintaining productivity and quality standards. You will be the point of contact for any immediate issues that arise, coordinating with various teams to resolve them quickly.

About The Team

You will be leading a dedicated team of operators and support staff who are responsible for executing daily tasks. The team is designed to foster collaboration and communication, enabling streamlined operations during your shift. You will also liaise with other shift incharges to ensure continuity and adherence to overall company goals.

You Are Responsible For

Managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands. Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitoring production metrics and making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and output. Addressing any safety concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following :

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Proven experience in a supervisory or operational role within a manufacturing or similar environment. A keen understanding of production processes and the ability to analyze metrics for continuous improvement. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and make quick decisions under pressure.
