Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an IT Admin - Manager located in Noida. The IT Admin - Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including providing technical support, network administration, and system administration. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT resources, and ensuring the efficient operation of the company's IT systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for Active Directory.
• Network Firewall Setup and Management
• Biometric Machine & Gate Access Setup & Management Administration skills
• CCTV Technology knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent Knowledge of VPN Setup & Configuration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with IT management tools and software is a plus
• Relevant certifications and a degree in Information Technology or a related field
