Role Description

This is a full-time role for an E-Commerce Operations Manager. The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily eCommerce operations, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. The role also involves monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth. This is an on-site role, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Proficiency in website management and sales data analysis
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
